I was 110kg when I first stepped in a Muay Thai boxing gym 13 months ago. The trainer was very accommodating to help with my weight and work on goals. I am n 87.4kg on my way to 85kg . I have never felt so much better as well as lots of energy. The trainer is impressed and we have both decided i am going to get down to. 80kg. . All rhe guys are so great and happy with my progress. Especiallly one new guy i met the other day and Dip said to him about how much weight I have lost , he was so pleased to too. Next week will be attending an advanced Muay Thai class.
